@gimmegimme I don't know, you seem to understand the inner machinations of Weiss management better than I do. As arbitragers with such a sure fire bet of a small gain of a few cents per share multiplied over 45 million or so shares AND with a war chest at their disposal of 30 billion dollars I wonder why they haven't bought a whole lot more at this stage of the proceedings. I mean why stop at 5%. Why haven't they bought 15 or 20%? I would if I could.
I don't know. Maybe they're not thinking of selling their shares to Pfizer. Here's hoping Weiss is the smart guy he is cracked up to be. Maybe you could email them for me and tell them Kid A's suggestion is for them to put in a higher bid for ResApp and then accumulate like crazy. Rap shareholders can watch from the top of the tree as Wam and Pfizer and co. catch each other by the tail and spin into ghee, I mean, spin with glee.
