"What mighty contests arise from trivial things."
    Alexander Pope

Only this is not trivial. This is not the rape of a lock of hair. This is the rape of the rights of shareholders if the merger of ResApp with Pfizer it is allowed to go ahead uncontested
As I posted months ago, what is at stake here is the integrity of the system by which retail shareholders act collectively to provide capital to a seedling company with a business proposal, a vision, in which they believe.
For corporations to manipulate the system for their own benefit and to the detriment of shareholders is to subvert the integrity of the system and to endanger its very existence. Subjected to this perceived betrayal by the board of directors of ResApp; to receive a paltry return, or for some even a loss, on a 6 year investment; it would be completely understandable for a shareholder to vow to never ever again provide seedling capital to a small Australian company with a wonderful idea.
None of the long-term shareholders in ResApp want to be remembered as a cautionary tale. We want justice and we want our company back.
It needs to be at the forefront of everybody's mind, judges, lawmakers, financial institutions, arbitragers, pharmaceutical companies, directors on a board, trolls with no lives:
that without plankton you cannot grow a blue whale.
