It's certainly sucks for us LTH who believed in the business and tech. It's a hard pill to swallow that the management and BOD would drag us all along through the ups and downs for so long (whilst we payed their way) only to be sold out as the dream was finally starting to be realised. But hey, that's the world we play in...

At least we all walk away with something. Whether it be a loss, small profit or a large one. We still walk away with something. There is always a risk with cos like this when you invest at early R&D stages that they will go to zero. We can all be thankful that hasn't occurred.
As for Pfizer and the BOD. I hope karma finds you in what ever way it seems fit (positive or negative). I'm sure balance will be restored somehow.
