    @utsstudent - u had us going!! - didnt think so many PDL holders were that stupid!!

    so an immaterial 0.72% (~2.8m - probably minor PDL, but major weighted PPT holders who prefer the regal bid....!) not 5% voted no in total!! 99.28% voted YES!!! 95% of those that voted at the meeting - that would be minor given the large overall YES rate....
