    TLEA is off the table. They can't be making any move without first getting the agreement from MIN. In other words, either TLEA and MIN partnering each other to make an offer, or TLEA walks away and God knows what MIN will do next... MIN is already the largest shareholder and they may not be in a hurry to make an offer.
