    TLEA may make a revised scheme offer at higher price, or make a TO offer not subject to 75% but to 51% acceptance at a higher offer amongst various possibilities. Not saying this is likely, MIN with 20% makes a clean 100% TO difficult to impossible with some shareholders, but TLEA is obviously not "off the table" yet.
