I agree.
Roll with the news, if any...
TLEA wont make it via scheme...can you see how? MIN would have to sell, that wont happen at a cheap price.
Scheme approach for TLEA almost dead.
TLEA if it wants control has to buy shares, MIN can't buy because of 20% threshold, MIN allies can. Wonder if Gina would?
Scenarios... if scheme dropped and MIN doesn't TO
- TLEA start buying on market post scheme, some entities may be helping TLEA out with scheme having 30%+ positive votes... this has to trigger MIN into takeover or own scheme surely. MIN is primed, hair trigger I would have thought 50%. 60c+ in first step.
- TLEA starts buying and MIN just sits, share price hovers 50-60c, until TLEA gets to 20% then sits at 60c+ 25%.
- TLEA drops the scheme and MIN sits, share price will have MIN and TLEA circling as takeover competitors, share price hovers around 50c, no one forgetting two large vultures have ESS in their sites. 20%
- TLEA drops out entirely, says not interested. MIN and ESS work in developing ESS deposits, ca'nt be too bad to have MIN as the largest shareholder, developing sites for Mt Marion. 5%
ESS was undervalued at 50c even without scheme, 60c is improving... 70c is a reasonable out for myself en masse.
For me, hardily any downside from where we sit today barring external crash... could be wrong, have been before.
I agree.Roll with the news, if any...TLEA wont make it via...
