TLEA have jack squat at the moment, and you think they will come up with another scheme? There are some on here that want $1 plus for their shares, even with slam dunk schemes you don't get 100% acceptance. It ain't gonna happen.

Like others have said, if TLEA still want to pursue this their only option imo is a takeover. It would be better for them to get a good shareholding before launching a takeover, similar to what MIN did. Or they could just walk away with their tail between their legs

I didn't say they will come up with another offer. I said that possibility is still available to them, which means if they actually opt to exercise it, then depending on the offer, their new scheme could get over the line.
