At least we know where we stand insofar the yes or no vote but still left hanging not knowing knowing what that the court ruling will be , in our favor or Cosette wriggling out of contract agreement , if their successful and we keep trading we hopefully get to benefit the millions of shareholders money invested in the company come to fruition maybe within 2 years giving many of us still underwater better than even chance long last break even ( recover loses) If ruling in our favor and Cosette and held to terms of contract plus our costs , etc at least $7.40 a damn sight better than where we've been under abysmal management .
