Annual report is due around mid August (14 or 17.08?). It will include independent revaluation, and income numbers, so we'll see what is the real impact then. I'm assuming they decided to do rush with the CR while SP jumped above 1.5 because it may get worse later.
It's a bit of a gamble to buy now. Changed my sentiment to Hold.
