Instos and Sophs buying? You talking about 1.5 million, hardly a vote of confidence, they only put in $1.5 mill, less than double that of retail. Nothing really to be excited about, trash like CPH can raise more than that.
Taking on debt is an easy option? Thats why they needed to raise at a discount? If they had the option for a debt facility they would have taken that over dilution. Its not an easy option , especially in this environment, which is obvious as they went to market and could not even get the tiny amount they were after.
If you think survival is nonesense have a look at AC8 which has apparently huge collateral to borrow against if your going against facilities you think they can borrow against, yet been suspended for the last 6 months or so.
Ive got a feeling they are going to have to issue convertible notes which would be the beginning of the end, lets see whos right here next quarter.
