Perhaps Tui, with his good Board contacts, can find out for us how much of the Issue went to the Underwriters.
I doubt very much that they would be a "hold" in their hands and expect them to come on to the Market at some time in the near future.
There may have been other instances but I cannot recall another Capital Raising Results Announcement that did not disclose the amount subscribed for by Shareholders and the amount left to the Underwriters. What we got was not "full disclosure" in my terms.
