With due respect @SuperWealthy, I don't think things aren't as "managed" as you imply.
To continue on with your metaphor about those supposedly "shaking the tree", I don't thing there's anything specifically professional "picking" nor planned about the "pickers".
In my mind, what we're seeing is just a few gentle transactions between those happy to take a bit of profit off the table; selling to newly-aware investors happy to buy into a new, innovative, well-managed business.
Just my thoughts.
