I'm a shareholder who has been a lurker on the CXO forums for some time. Enjoy reading (most of) the banter here. Got a question that I'm yet to find an answer to... I subscribed to the SPP and happy to see we are all getting full allocations. I want to gift my little brother some shares for his birthday coming up (hopefully for a long term hold...), but wondering if there's rules around transferring shares from a SPP, seeing as they were only on offer to existing shareholders?
I only had a small holding prior to the SPP as I sold most of my holding years ago, so the amount I want to gift him would bite into my SPP quota.
