given there is 3 years to exercise it is possible that they will trade within a few cents of the shares given the multiple targets the company has. As I see it the shares could be worth 50-60c if they hit something, options therefore 40-50c so if you think about the leverage the shares would at 50c have done a 7 bag, the options at 4c a 10 bag. The bags get better if the price goes higher. each person plays this game differently too...
