If you are closing early over subscribed your either take the all cash at closing point or close it earlier than you already did.
Personally I was in within 24hrs have tied my money up for this period and for a fraction of what I will get.
Why take 1.5 instead of 2.3mil? Doesnt make sense especially when you have 4 years of funding to go.
Typical to indulge the fat cats sophs with everything and jam those that have done the supporting and heavy lifting shit-kickers like us.
