    Hi watchitgonow,

    I have a different view here. Shows integrity not to take the full amount and not just a cash grab.which most juniors would jump at. This will help the share price rise IMO.

    Less dilution which paves the way for all shareholders to benefit from an appreciating price without a huge overhang of sellers dumping the SPP stock for a quick buck.

    Instos will always get their fill and on many stocks shareholders don't even get to participate.
