The answer to your first point is contained in the latter part of the sentence.
I respond to stimuli. I expect Richmond to win the flag but if Cotchin and Martin go down to hamstrings or the season is delayed until Daniher is fully fit I'll be unsurprised if they lose to a resurgent Essendon. I wouldn't expect too many retail holders to participate when the price spent a fair amount of time sub-$0.22. There are a few other considerations but I won't go into them here.
On the second point, numbers aren't my strong suit so I'm happy to be corrected here but we have 20m less shares on issue so 15% of ~605m is $0.275 (higher than my guesstimate - the good news keeps coming). The basic principle being that when the SOI changes the J-POWER 'buy price' will go up/down.
Given that the price cap applies five days post-financial close it's a fair assumption that the market price will top out the cap.
