The SPP of $3.207m adds 64,140,000 shares to the SOI
The new SOI is 901,977,759
That's a dilution of 7.7%
If overnight market cap were to be used as a guide, the 8.1c share price is now equivalent to a new share price of 7.5c.
That is a fairly small level of dilution, even with the big oversubscription.
The $3.2m raised added to the cash at hand, about $3m, and the $6.2m that will come in from the options this year gives CDX a very healthy bank balance.
