With the failure of this SPP there will be no future follies to waste money on. The major shareholders did not provide blind support this time, as they have previously. It must have finally dawned on them that the Company has missed the boat to commercialise its technologies. Even if ECT is able to produce and sell char on a small scale, it will never get funding at reasonable commercial rates for a large scale Coldry or char plant because the banks won't fund coal-based projects.
