Updating my analysis of the last Capital Raise with a compare and contrast against the previous CR in Dec 2019. I give our 2021 CR an A+ and I feel the market agrees.

With the strong pipeline of news to drop, can IMU replicate the previous circa 40%-50% increase to new all time highs in two weeks after regaining pre-CR sp?

My take/ my view: (IMO)

- Fundamentals and pipeline hasn't change due to the CR, but just became stronger due to stronger cash balance. Takes the chatter/speculation of the cash balance and potential CR off the table for the next couple of years at least, allowing management and investors to focus on the science.
- (If July's AFR article about the CR was correct) The 3 to 4 cornerstone investors, with 1 investor taking $30m, is key! If details of this $30m investor and 3 other cornerstone investors are ever disclosed to the market, depending on who they are (reputation, background, profile etc), this could add additional fuel to the sp. Bringing in other market followers. I have seen before in other ASX biotechs, RAC, BD1, PNV ... new high profile investors come in on the register, then "talk up their book" ... we may even get new anonymous spruikers here on IMU HC. Even better, depending on the profile of the new large investor/fund/individual, they may even get more coverage on mainstream media (eg AFR, SMH, Age etc).
- Our new collaboration partner, Celularity (CELU), counts major household companies (some listed) as major shareholders and major names/personalities as Directors. I believe the CELU collaboration provides us, IMU holders, with optionality, i.e. minimal downside with undefined upside.
