You make a good point.... Although they don't mention the length of time shares are held. I wonder if they will take that into account. They really do leave themselves open to accusation of favoritism or worse this way but thats up to them. Given what you posted, i suspect everyone will get different scale backs. Still glad they didnt take the full amount though.
