    Buy side today stacked roughly 5:1 shares wanted : what's for sale, and 3:1 buyers : sellers.
    Presumably there are people who decided they wanted more shares in the SPP, didn't get all they wanted due to a heavy scaleback (I'm not necessarily the most seasoned SPP participant, but that's as brutal a scaleback as I've ever seen...) , and still want more; presumably more may pile in the buy side when the SPP scaleback refunds land...
