As a potential holder of ITM I can say I don't like the way that CR was done.

1. Clearly the whole amount could have come from existing shareholders.
2. If that was done, building a strong base of shareholders who know they will be rewarded with any discounted offers is invaluable.
I have witnessed that several times and happily supported the company going forward, as did many others.
3. Placing to investors through brokers may be the easy way, and yes may help future raises, but we all know much of that money will be quickly circulated when anything from 20% profit is on offer.

IMO, shareholders whose offer of support was scaled back so dramatically should deny the company the extra funds for the placement. And/or consider carefully the contribution of any director up for reelection.

Shareholders have muscle, you know, and when they flex them companies act very differently.

Upon careful reflection I have pulled my order. Does not mean I may not buy later, just that I want to see how this settles.
