This happened to me on another occasion. You need your name and address to be exact. Literally Rd and Road, or St and Street, are not the same. Joe F Bloggs and Joe Fred Bloggs are also not the same. It's really annoying, you end up needing to do paperwork. You can contact Automic or Commsec for help on sorting it out. I had to do some paperwork but it got sorted in the end. Frustratingly, I now have a separate thing in Automic with zero shares listed for a company under some other number thing, and X shares also listed for the company with the Commsec HIN. Can't get rid of that now, it's permanent. But just cosmetic.
