There's a big set of what-ifs now:
How many punters will plough how much of their refunds back into shares in ITM at 30-ish cents on the open market that they were prepared to pay 25 cents for in the raise? How soon will shares bought in the raise and with refunds get churned on the market? Next few days and weeks'll be interesting...

Personally: I wanted lots more than I got in the raise, and I think the current on-market price is still not too bad, so most of my refund will buy more shares on market, and I plan to hold. I think ITM may have a big year ahead...
