    Nice, I got a 27.75% allocation. Happy with that, especially since I when for a much larger stake than I was intending, knowing it would get scaled back. I suspect many people would have done this once word gets out that it's oversubscribed, and the market price was holding steady at a premium. Now, lets hope not too many people are wanting to dump today.
