Good to see the support from SH large and small, but disappointing that for at least the second time, the Board doesn't learn from companies such as REH and SDF that look after small shareholders.
As noted previously, I guessed the Board would do this: hence I only applied for a small percentage of the maximum allowable $30,000.
When the latter two have had SPPs, they've IIRC accepted oversubscriptions.
For many small to medium size retail SH, the recent JLG placement means the SPP will be dilutory.
