with the share price dropping to 18c it was almost the same value but at zero risk to just buy more shares rather than participate in the capital raise.

that's what I did in the end and I'm sure most shareholders thought the same thing.

Hindsight though I probably should have participated. if the company reaches my target of 90c, getting 10,000 shares in the CR vs the 10,000 extra on market at 18c would have netted 10,300 profit vs 5,400

10,000 x (90-33) = 5,700
10,000 x (90-22) = 6,800

12,500 - 2,200 = 10,300

vs 10,000 x (90-18) = 7,200
7,200 - 1,800 = 5,400
