ACV also includes work contracted but not yet implemented, which given the program delays has led to the increasing lag between ACV and revenue.
ARR will be significantly lower because it won't include anything that's pre-invoicing or non-recurring. Would the new program for Entergy be all recurring revenue, for example? If they're paid per pole inspected and analysed, wouldn't a lot of that be once-off?
