Hi Huxter, I think the SPP should have been performed after IXR finalized the Mining License, probably all the SPP would of been taken up + there was only a limit range of $2500 - $30,000 per person, maybe others would of taken up a lot more, but were limited. Also it was Cheaper to buy at market price during the time the SPP was being offered. Anyway they managed to secure nearly $7M
