$1.4 million (excluding GST)
SPP COSTS:
Lake will pay the Joint Lead Managers a management fee of 1.5% of the gross amount raised under the SPP (plus any applicable GST) (Management Fee). TheManagement Fee will be split between the Joint Lead Managers on a fifty-fifty basis.
