I think you will find that they may have not had a choice. It was always a tough ask, given the promise and the absolute lack of progress on any plans or "milestones". And for a penny stock, I have seen worse fees.
If you were around before the Everest looking share price some of the ways in which capital was provided was highway robbery!
Next quarterly will be another interesting read. Their number of quarters of funding are limited.
