Hi Sentry. If you're referring to the Appendix 2A on May 27, that's the date the 9M shares were quoted. Usually this means the funds have settled a day or so beforehand. That's what happened with the first tranche: they disclosed in the quarterly the $10.9M was received on 24 April (a Thursday) and the shares were quoted on 28 April (a Monday).

I think it's safe to assume Galan deliberately waited until they had received all the CR funds before they released their updated presentation pre-market on 27 May - so they could show the cash position in the most favourable light. That would likely explain why on slide 4 they quoted the share register as at 4 April, the share price as at 21 May, and the cash position as at 26 May. All rather odd, until you think about it that way...
