PPSA, it's been supposedly not that far off for, let's just call it a while...
About 3 months ago there is a raising with shares going to Mutapa and Mangwana, with these to help facilitate the PPSA being completed and a local listing on the VFEX.
Yesterday, the remainder of these shares are finally approved at the EGM, with Scott not at the EGM.
Today, out of nowhere the shareprice opens up 10% with a chunk of volume on/just after open and an hour into trading more volume has been through today already than in the past month basically, with the shareprice so far remaining higher than it has been at any point in near 8 weeks.
Is it too cynical to suggest these are all linked? That the PPSA might actually be near now that the shares have been approved?
Anyways, I'm sure this will age like spilt milk left out in the sun during a heatwave.
