if the document is innocuous, the why would they not allow it to be released, clearly there are things that they wish to remain undisclosed to the market
and this question:
Has the non-shareholder approved loan of $3,000,000, and a subsequent non-shareholder
approved loan of $5,480,000, both made to Genorah, been repaid? What interest amount has
been or will be applied to these loans?
On 21 July 2015, the Company announced that Genorah SA paid the Company cash
proceeds of A$8,660,887 being repayment plus interest applied to the two above loans.
I might write to the Company to see if it will lend me some cash, My wife and I have a one year old daughter and we're living in a rental shoebox and in need of buying a home, I wonder if the Company would extend me the same courtesy's being a shareholder!!!
