I think that was a good performance from BM.
I get the feeling as this epa gets closer to the finish line his tone is more positive. He has sounded quite frustrated in the past presentations. (Rightly so)
Quoting an end of year/early next year deadline promotes confidence that there aren't alot of replies to respond to. Fingers crossed for all long suffering SHs that the end of the epa is near!
