    Mmmm, if and huge if, epa signs off in February, Min 6 mths to build plant. You could probably double that based on past forecasts and current general building delays. So maybe 2025.
    If epa says f. Off then it's anyones guess. Maybe co. gets bought out for a few cents to someone that knows what they are doing???
