VRX have also been having an ongoing dialog with Arc Infrastructure of the rail solution, but again, this cannot progress until there's something solid to negotiate (how many tonnes, for how long, with the possibility of mow much more in future years...)

The logistics stuff is sort of "mine it and they will come", because it is all purely commercial.

IMHO, it's the unknown unknowns that are the ar$e biters.

August 2023 - Detailed design of Lease 11 truck unloader, complete. Modelling of Berth 6 pocket deepening underway.
June 2023 - Approval for Berth 1 to go to detailed design. Berth 6 and Lease 11 truck unloader are both progressing to final design.
