those "performance rights" are actually options, so don't mean jack if he doesn't get this into the ground and digging. If he does pull it off he's entitled to every single one of them.

as for the salary, i don't know man. thats only like 200k after tax.... which atleast to me isn't an insane amount when you factor in that he's johnny on the spot for the whole show, i.e conferences, conventions, interviews, deal making, dealing with the HC crazies etc etc....I wouldn't trade places with him for 200K thats for sure. Its more than most office potatoes, sure.... but probably about right noting that entry level positions in WA start at about 70K + super (as an average according to a quick google).

this ain't bunnings...where a store manager can make 160K+...just my perspective.
