It's mentioned in the annual report that response is currently being worked on.

I would think that is the top priority, drop everything else if they have to, kind of priority.

Based on my researches on other public reviews, receiving summaries and comments then responding are not a one time thing, as in, EPA and other government agencies could supply and also request for additional information.

Preparing response takes time, as it will be hundred pages of bla bla bla, but it isn't the time consuming part. It could involve taking reasonable actions, if necessary, to address the comments, like talking to concerned public, information session, etc.

Of course I prefer no negative comments, but it seems to me, as explained in my previous post, that it isn't that bad, a few valid points, but with over the top languages.

Someone could try emailing/calling VRX, maybe?
