If we get in before decemeber i'd be elated! however, I wouldn't be banking on anything significant for the remainder of the year. the responses will require development and then be published for 2-4 weeks (at the EPA's discretion), etc etc etc bouncing ball continues.
We may get to those digits as this is the drawn out dead zone. but it will be exactly like last time, small volume churn reflecting boredom rather than catastrophy.
