Seems like a compliance issue of some sort. This is obviously why the announcement of the result of the SPP took so long to be released after the SPP was completed. Legal people at the ASX weren’t to happy about something in the SPP. l personally took up two holder offers in the SPP, and went online to Automatic yesterday to confirm that l still want to take up my original offer.
