Pakkham you have not answered how you know the selection criteria are "first in first served".
Is this something that you are surmising?
If so you should qualify what you are saying when you say it otherwise you also lead people astray.

The fact that the directors have announced the SPP Results and a "scale back" without specifying the method of scaling back is really not reasonable. While the method of scaling back may well be at the discretion of the directors, they still need to say in what manner they used their discretion. Transparency requires this.
