Issue date is when they're allocated by Advanced Registry which is Friday 1 March...(you can look up your portfolio in Advanced to see how many shares you got)
...but can't be traded until Spp shares are quoted on ASX and in your Broker account which is stated as next business day, Monday 4th March.
