I agree with you. Market is not interested in a company has no license. Would you invest in their office furnitures?
There is definitely something wrong with license retention, Pat is not tell us. As I said before, DML, MOD, WKT, AFR all operate in Botswana and they never have any issue with license. Look up yourself.
Pat did NOT even put 1c in this subscription (no change of substantial holder). The other two big holders (Polarity and Bell IXL) did NOT subscribe any neither (no change of substantial holder announcements).
Money is for Pat's salary.
Just IMHO
P.S. I sold my options very long time ago at 1c (yes, got more than the current sp)... that part I'm happy.
