KAR are already STAMS largest holding at 10%. It would become too concentrated @ 20% - but they do have the success blueprint which worked at HVN.
Major point is that the Board now know the numbers and how quickly they could turn into a 249D success story. I will be watching Botten’s commentary of topping up in his super fund.
id also think an astute Board would understand they need to show greater financial involvement with the shareholders.
Forget the winter holiday in the French Alps, buy shares in KAR whom you think and say is the best thing since sliced bread.
