    $3 wouldn't even cover the cost of mailing the annual report.
    Then we they have to print the Annual Report?
    Share registry services per shareholder cost.
    My guess would be $20 to $30 per shareholder per year.
    That's why buybacks are very common.
    Sensible course of action for the company.
