    only makes sense if it's going to somehow make them more money. possibilities are:
    better investment elsewhere.
    they think tpd will drop lower.
    they want tpd to be lower so they can offer takeover bid.
    they are already in profit due to low entry and want to lock in a profit for this financial year.
