the one other question I immediately sought clarification on was whether the remaining $400K to finalise the Earn In payments for the MLV joint venture was covered by existing cash balances, and the response was that it is covered with existing Cash. !!
So it very much does seem that the ducks are lined up for main focus to be finalising the Offtake Agreement, which will see Brian "lock it in" and deliver the timeframe he last updated in July Q&A before his own involvement winds back (also previoulsy foreshadowed)
Sure there's been historical delays, but the progress of NS seems to be going to plan from the most recent provided updates.
